This section is designed to help people who are new to shopping online. By following the simple steps below you will find that it is easier than you think.
Click The Bags on the menu at the bottom of the page and you will be taken to a secure part of the website.
Select the design you would like to buy and click on the main picture, you will then be able to see the different colours available, their sizes and prices.
Select the number of bags you would like to buy and type it into the Quantity box and click Add to Basket.
If you would like to buy another bag you can select a bag category on the left hand side of the page and go through the above process again.
If that is all you want to buy, then the select the Checkout button.
Select the country you would like the package sent to and make sure you check the box if you want the delivery address to be different from the billing address. Click Next.
Fill in your details in the boxes provided and then check the box to say you have read the terms and conditions. Click Next.
You can go back to any part of the site at any stage and your order will be saved in the Basket.
Fill in the boxes as explained and click Next. You will then be told that you are being transferred to HSBC's secure server to type in your credit or debit card details. We hope that with the world's biggest bank processing your card details, you will feel confident that your online shopping is safe and secure.
Fill in your card details and press continue. Once you have completed the information on the HSBC server you will be sent an email to confirm that your order has been accepted and will be dispatched within three working days.
