How much does it cost to have my order delivered?
Delivery is free is you are ordering from within the UK. Orders from our overseas customers will have the delivery cost added to the cost of the item once you proceed to the checkout.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
All ava and grace orders should be delivered within three working days to locations within the UK. If your order hasn't arrived, please get in touch and we will look into this straight away.
When and how long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders should be delivered within three working days to locations within the UK. The order will be sent through Royal Mail or Parcelforce, so will be delivered as first class mail.
Do you provide a gift wrapping service?
All ava and grace orders are received in boxes, wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon.
